Top Tip: Okay I am sure many of you know this but for me it is my first encounter of this problem. I have never had problems getting my dies out of my spellbinders but today the “Parisian” one gave me such a fit. So if you do not know yet if you turn the die over and poke out the holes with say a pin it loosens everything right up. I had one last piece of dark blue that I wanted to use but due to the problem I had to use light blue. Still looks okay I think.
I used in this project:
Mel Jen’s – “American Eagle” image
Spellbinders – Parisian Motifs Die
Nestabilities – Circle Die
Stickles - Diamonds
Glitter Gel Pens

Great bookmark and I love the image. Thank you for joining us at C.R.A.F.T. this week. Jeanette
ReplyDeleteLove the Eagle image and it works perfectly for this seasonal bookmark. I have had some issues with certain papers coming out of the die - seems some papers love to stick more than others. Sounds like something that would happen to me on my last sheet of something! LOL!
ReplyDeletewow absolutely gorgeous. love the shape and the die cut edge. thanks so much for playing along with us in the sisterhood of crafters.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful bookmark, thanks for joining us at Stamping Dragons Designs.
ReplyDeleteTip for using intricate dies is to use wax paper with your die. It helps to pull your paper out of die easier with out having to poke out the paper out using a pin.
What a uniquely shaped bookmark. My 1st to see a circle shaped bookmark. And how lovely to see it cut from your maching. Patriotic too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at Kaboodle Doodles’ “Colors of your Flag” Challenge!
