“Flower Pot” Bookmark Birthday Card

This is my second Bookmark card. See my previous post for the other one. I had not seen this kind of card before but I wanted to find a way to make one that is a gift and a card.

I made this card with the “Flower Pot” digi image from Bugaboo and used their sketch (below). I framed the “Bookmark” image with Nestabilities Scallop Circle.

“SummPeek” Bookmark Birthday Card

I have not seen this kind of "bookmark" card before but I wanted to find a way to make one that is a gift and a card. I have been thinking about it for awhile but today I put it all together.

I made this card with the “SummPeek“ digi image from Bugaboo and used their sketch (below). I framed the image with Nestabilities Scallop Circle.

Top Tip – If you make a removable portion on your card is it always a good idea to have a hidden image or embellishment under it so the card still stands as a card.

“Sassy Bubble Gum” Birthday Card

I made this birthday card with the “Bubble Gum” digi image from Sassy Studio and used their sketch (below). I framed the image and used pop dots to give it some height. I used two butterflies to embellish and Glossy Accents on the bubble gum bubble. Let me know what you think.

“Penelope” Get Well Double Pocket Card

This is a double tag card called “Diagonal Double Pocket Card”. I used this bear (Penelope) from Beccy’s Place. I used ribbon for the tag pulls and pop dotted the main image up, which I framed with a scallop oval. Check below for all the wonderful challenges I am entering this card in.

“Lord Money Man” Corner Bookmark

For some reason I just could not get a good picture this time. The back looks black but it is Charcoal and the next circle in is gray and it kind of looks tan on my first photo. Guess I have to work on my picture taking. I have Glossy Accents on his eye and monocle and Stickles on his hat band. I tried to stay with grays with one exception, his face that is skin tone or peachy.

Top Tip: make sure when using Glossy Accents that your color is completely dry or the Glossy Accents on top of it will make it run and make it milky instead. Ask me how I know! L
