“Fortune Cookie” Flap Opening Birthday Card

Top Tip – Keep a sketch book to remember sketches you liked and card folds you want to make, like this "Flap Opening" fold.    You only want to do the math once, plus you can write notes to make it easier next time you make it.

Picture Perfect"Flap Opening" Birthday Card

Doodle Dragon’s Studio has a challenge this week at “Pike’s Playground” called “Bling It Up”, we want you to make something shinny.  You have time to join the fun at “Pike’s Playground” and the rules are changing so you may want to go check it out.  I am telling you everyone will want to join in the fun now!!!

Top Tip – If you do not have ribbon to match what you are working on cut a sliver of that color paper and use that as ribbon as I did with the ribbon on the button.

Princess Card

This card has 2 of Dustin's images from Doodle Dragon's Studio in it and will be going to a very special princess.  The challenge this week at “Pike’s Playground” is “Bling It Up” they want you to make something shinny.  I think this card works well since I went through a bunch of Glossy Accents making it shine and gems bringing the bling factor to the card.
